The New England Baseball Journal staff has re-ranked the top prep and high school prospects by class for the first time since starting our "Best of New England" series in January.
We've already ranked the classes of 2027, 2028, and 2029. We'll continue today with the Class of 2030.
College recruiters — and to a lesser degree, pro scouts — have helped set the market value for these players by extending invitations to premier showcase events and offers to join college programs. The NEBJ staff will now attempt to sort through those commitments, offers, and our own evaluations to provide a watch list of 50 top players in the Class of 2030.
