It's a difficult task to highlight 10 Prep Players of the Week, considering all of the eye-popping performances across New England.
There are a lot of teams, even more exceptional single-game performances, and way more than 10 players who deserve mention each week. So, it's going to take a discerning eye to cut the list to 10.
The loose rules for the Friday column are that we favor exceptional performances in competitive games -- not blowouts, and we do not want to recycle any names that we've highlighted in the Thursday Prep Watch.
