We're halfway home.
The first three rounds of the MIAA postseason are behind us. All that's left now is the Round of 8, semifinals and championships in the race to crown the state champs. We're exactly one week from the finals, which will be held next Friday and Saturday at Polar Park in Worcester.
Plenty of players have risen to the occasion in the postseason thus far, from yet another perfect game to no-hitters, multi-home run games and standout two-way days.
