The Perfect Game WWBA Underclass World Championship drew many of the region’s top high school prospects in the classes of 2027 and 2028 earlier this month in Fort Myers, Fla.
New England-based teams that gained entry to the event included Baseball U CT, Boston Prime, Cannons 2027, L&M, MVP New England, North East Baseball, Nor’Easters National, Show New England National, and US9 Prospects. The Fort Myers event was played at JetBlue Park and the surrounding facilities.
The event primarily featured high school juniors, although top sophomores and freshmen also earned invitations to the 17U rosters.
