The Perfect Game WWBA Sophomore World Championship drew many of the region’s top high school prospects in the Class of 2028 in Fort Myers, Fla.
New England-based teams that gained entry to the event included Baseball U CT and Clubhouse Evoshield. Many other New England prospects played for teams based outside the region. The Fort Myers event was played at JetBlue Park and the surrounding facilities.
The event primarily featured high school sophomores, although some juniors and freshmen also helped round out 16U rosters.
