Carter Heagle served as a catalyst in helping lead Canterbury School to a 17-3 record this past spring, capped off by winning the WNEPBL Postseason Tournament championship.
Heagle, a 6-foot-2, 215-pound right-hander, went the distance in an 11-2 victory over Cheshire Academy in the WNEPBL championship game. He allowed just four hits and struck out five. At the plate, he was 3 for 3 with three RBI.
Heagle is considered one of the top NEPSAC players as he enters his senior year in 2026, and some continued seasoning over the summer (playing with Ghost National Baseball) should only support that.
Heagle has been at the New Milford, Conn., school for two years, transferring over from New Canaan (Conn.) High and reclassifying as a sophomore.
