You could call this “The Week of the Two-Way Player” among New England Baseball Journal’s Prep Players of the Week.
Dual-threat standouts made huge impacts both at the plate and in the field over the past week, with one helping his team beat a No. 1-ranked team and another lifting his team to the top spot.
Other top performances include a perfect hitting day and hot starts to the new month. With playoff time nearing, the big games are becoming even more important.
