The 2026 MIAA baseball season is officially in the books. New champions were crowned across the board over the weekend at Polar Park, as there were no repeat winners from 2025.
In Division 1, it was all Catholic Memorial as the Knights surged with an 11-run fifth inning to upset No. 2 Bishop Feehan for their first title in 53 years. In Division 2, No. 11 King Philip earned long-awaited revenge against No. 2 Milton with a 4-1 win for the program’s first title. The Warriors had lost to the Wildcats in the 2022 and 2023 finals.
Division 3 came down to strong pitching between both No. 3 Middleboro and No 5 Apponequet, and the former held on for a 2-1 win for its first title since 2015. In Division 4, late heroics for No. 7 Seekonk helped the Warriors stun No. 1 Hamilton-Wenham in a 4-3 thriller for their third title in four seasons. Meanwhile, No. 2 Georgetown found offense late in an extra-innings win, 3-2, over No. 1 English High for the Division 5 crown, their first since 2012.
So, where did our five champions land in our final MIAA top 10 of 2026?
