Milton Academy proved to be the class of the ISL Tournament, outscoring its semifinal and championship game opponents by a combined score of 16-0.
Milton Academy coach Brendan Morrissey won his first ISL championship after making the move from his alma mater, Milton High, in the fall of 2023. He led Milton High to back-to-back MIAA Division 2 state championships in 2022 and 2023. Now, he adds a championship for Milton’s prep school team.
The tournament was packed with surprising finishes, as the top four seeds fell in the opening round. Many standout individuals helped make it one of the more entertaining postseason tournaments in recent memory.
