This is the time of year when NEPSAC coaches point to their respective schedules as they argue that no team in New England is as battle-tested entering league tournament play.
We are now only a week away from the start of some league tournaments, and all of the postseason tournaments will be wrapped up in the next two weeks. The results will tell the story, and the final NEBJ prep power rankings will reflect that.
In this ranking of New England's top 10 prep programs, there are three teams from the ISL, two from the Founders League, two from the WNEPBL, one from the CNEPSBL, and two Independents. So, that should provide some metric of which programs have the most difficult strength of schedule, although we'll have a better idea in a couple of weeks.
