Several of the top 10 prep teams in New England clashed last week, providing more intel for the weekly Prep Power Rankings.
For the second year in a row, Cheshire took down Austin Prep, a team that has a combined record of 25-3 over the last two seasons. Cheshire just happens to be the on the winning side of two of those losses.
Canterbury also overcame a 5-1 seventh-inning deficit against Salisbury in another battle of top-10 programs. Loomis Chaffee took down Founders League rival Avon Old Farms, a team that sat at No. 1 in these rankings as recently as two weeks ago.
