St. Mark's School '27 prospects Lucas Hodne and Cam Aguilar are becoming elite players within the ISL and NEPSAC.
Hodne is a shortstop and third baseman, while Aguilar pitches and plays centerfield. This past summer, they were members of Team Massachusetts at the PBR Future Games in Emerson, Ga., leading the team to a 3-0 record. Hodne was named team MVP.
A Hopkinton, Mass., native, Hodne stands 5-foot-11 and weighs 180 pounds. He transferred to St. Mark's from Hopkinton High School before the 2023-2024 school year.
Last season with the Lions, Hodne batted. 324, with a .489 OBP, collecting 22 hits, 10 RBI, and 11 stolen bases. He led the team in slugging percentage and runs scored (26). After receiving attention from Northeastern, Bryant, UMaine, and Maryland, Hodne made his commitment to UConn.
