High school prospects in the Class of 2027 are now fair game for college recruiters, as the incoming juniors were cleared to begin communicating with coaches and taking campus visits as of Aug. 1.
Many of New England's top prospects received a host of calls from interested recruiters as early as Aug. 1. As of today, 10 prospects in the Class of 2027 have made college commitments.
There will surely be more to follow in the coming weeks. For now, it is clear that former Bryant coach Steve Owens has been the most aggressive recruiter in New England, with four commitments from Class of '27 prospects.
